Paid use of LIXON Library is billed monthly as a subscription service. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription to the service if you do not wish to continue using it. You can see when you will next be billed by PayPal using the "Manage PayPal Billing" in the top menu (Your Organisation's Name > Manage PayPal Billing). If you wish to end your subscription, please make sure you end it by cancelling on the Manage PayPal Billing page or from within your own PayPal account before the next billing date. Refunds are not offered, so it is in your interest to cancel your subscription as soon as possible or before the next billing occurs.

Please see the privacy policy relating to the collection and use of information. By using LIXON Library, you are consenting to the privacy policy.

When using LIXON Library, you agree to be responsible for providing accurate and complete information about yourself during registration ("your data"), and updating your data to keep it current. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. At our sole discretion, we may terminate the accounts or access rights of users who may have provided inaccurate or incomplete information during registration.

"Trademarks" means all names, marks, brands, logos, designs, trade dress, slogans and other designations. You may not remove or alter any LIXON Education trademarks, or co-brand your own products or material with LIXON Education trademarks, without LIXON Education's prior written consent. Any co-branding trademarks uploaded to and displayed by LIXON Library remain the property of the respective organisation they represent.

LIXON Library contains links to other company websites and applications. Please be aware that the privacy policy does not apply to these other websites or applications. Although LIXON Education uses great care to select content, including links to websites and applications of third parties, LIXON Education disclaims any responsibility for content that is found on these other websites or applications. Please refer to the terms and conditions, privacy policy and other documentation of third party websites and applications.

You may not access or use LIXON Library to violate the security or integrity of any network, computer or communications system, software application, or computing device. This includes, without limitation, attempting to obtain, or obtaining, unauthorized access to any of the foregoing, attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or its security or authentication measures, interception of data or traffic, and forging TCP/IP packet headers, e-mail headers, or any part of a message describing its origin or route. You may not access or use LIXON Library to make or attempt to make network connections to any users, hosts, or networks unless you have permission to communicate with them. This includes, without limitation, monitoring or crawling of a system that impairs or disrupts the system being monitored or crawled, denial of service attacks, intentional interference with a system, including any deliberate attempt to overload a system by mail bombing, news bombing, broadcast attacks, or flooding techniques, operating network services like open proxies, open mail relays, or open recursive domain name servers and using manual or electronic means to avoid any use limitations placed on a system, such as access and storage restrictions. We may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. Our reporting may include disclosing confidential information to the extent we deem it necessary to comply with applicable law. We also may cooperate with applicable law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other appropriate third parties to help with the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct by providing network and systems information related to alleged violations of these terms.

Do not send or otherwise transmit to LIXON Library or LIXON Education any offensive, indecent, or objectionable material (e.g., racist, pornographic).

Do not send or otherwise transmit to LIXON Library or LIXON Education any material under copyright that you do not own. You agree that you retain ownership of any copyrighted material you transmit to LIXON Library and it is your responsibility to manage that ownership.

LIXON Education is committed to providing its customers with a service that is both reliable and useful. Defects in the software, when identified and confirmed, will be corrected as soon as possible.

Availability of LIXON Library is of utmost importance. Due to the platform LIXON Library runs on it will be generally highly-available. However, please note that this cannot be guaranteed completely as the platform is controlled by a third party, and very occasionally has maintenance downtime and/or outages.

UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED, THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LIXON EDUCATION, FOR ITSELF AND ON BEHALF OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS (IF ANY) AND SUPPLIERS, DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LIXON EDUCATION, ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS (IF ANY), OR ITS SUPPLIERS, OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED AT THIS SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNATIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FROM LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, ANY WEB SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
